InnerMovement Wellness Center

Specialized urgent care in Glendale

Sometimes you need to be seen today — and sometimes what you need is a prescription, not a natural alternative. Our board-certified nurse practitioners provide same-day evaluation with the full range of options available, including medication when that’s the right call.

urgent care

Please note: this is not emergency care. For chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, head injury, stroke symptoms, or any life-threatening situation — call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

What We Handle

Acute Pain Flare-Ups

When a manageable problem suddenly isn’t, and waiting for a routine appointment isn’t realistic.

Muscle Spasms

Back or neck spasms that have locked you up and need to settle before anything else can help.

Minor Injuries & Strains

Sprains, strains, and soft tissue injuries that need assessment to best gauge treatment.

New Work Injuries

Same-day evaluation with the documentation your claim will require.

Post-Accident Evaluation

Assessment after a collision, including for symptoms that surfaced days later.

Sudden Back or Neck Pain

Pain that came on quickly and needs to be looked at rather than waited out.

What Makes This Different From a Walk-In Clinic

Standard urgent care

You’re seen, given a prescription, and discharged with instructions to follow up with someone else. The immediate pain gets managed; the reason it happened doesn’t.

Here at InnerMovement

You get the same immediate relief, and then — in the same clinic, often the same week — chiropractic, acupuncture, or soft tissue care aimed at why it happened. Acute treatment becomes the start of actually addressing the problem rather than a standalone episode.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an appointment?

Call first. Same-day availability varies by day, and a quick phone call means we can tell you whether we can see you and roughly when — rather than you sitting in a waiting room. If we can’t fit you in, we’ll say so on the phone.

Can you prescribe medication?

Yes. Our nurse practitioners are licensed to prescribe, so if medication is what your situation calls for, that’s available in the same visit. It also means the conversation is genuinely about what would help most rather than being limited to one discipline’s toolkit.

Should I come here or go to the ER?

Go to the ER — or call 911 — for chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, head injury, stroke symptoms, severe abdominal pain, or anything that feels life-threatening. Also for major trauma, obvious fractures, or deformity.

We’re appropriate for pain, strains, muscle spasms, minor injuries, and work or accident evaluation. If you’re uncertain, call us and we’ll help you decide — and we’ll tell you plainly when the ER is the right answer.

Can you treat a work injury?

Yes, and we handle the documentation that comes with it. If you have a claim number and adjuster contact, bring them. If the injury just happened and nothing’s been filed yet, call anyway — we’ll help you understand the next step. See our Work Injuries page for how the process runs.

Do you take my insurance?

We accept Medicare, specific PPO plans, workers’ comp, personal injury/lien cases, FSA/HSA, and cash. Call and we’ll verify your specific coverage before you come in.
